The phrase "No Yoshon Hashgacha" found in "A Guide to Chodosh" just means there was no Mashgiach (kosher supervisor) overseeing the product who specialized in Yoshon Hashgacha. It is just general Hashgacha (supervision to make sure the product is kosher. Some products (mostly for "Jewish" product companies) have a Mashgiach that specifically checks for the Yoshon status of the item being produced. Due to the confusion on this subject, our site no longer displays this if it doesn't have Yoshon Hashgacha.
